Not being able to log in at all - please help

Hey, yesterday I was just roaming around and my power went off, after the internet came back up, I tried logging in but it was constantly saying please restart your game, I tried that, didn't let me log in, I'm fully aware of this bug that doesn't let you log in for a while, but I proceeded to go to the mojang website and request a password reset, but for some reason it didn't even send to my email, I'm the og owner of my account and I have TID and everything needed to recover it, but i'm just worried why it isn't letting me do anything at all, not even change the password, I tried logging into my alts and it worked perfectly, tried logging into main, didn't work, tried on optifine, didn't work, if this has happened to anyone please assist me - Thank you so much

Hey man, I contacted mojang when this happened to me and I had to change my mc email.

The error is the basic 'Sorry, but your username and password don't match' or whatever it is, no error when I try to log in the server because I can't even log in the account.

Edit: Did you try resetting your password when this happened to you? if yes, did the email successfully get to your email? (hope you understand what I mean)

Hey, uh, how long did mojang take to respond? I also tried changing my email but it didn't let me, doesn't send the password change requests to my email either, anything else I can do?

I'm sure you've tried this but are there any old passwords/emails you used previously? And you've checked your spam folder?

I've checked everything on my email, no trace of an email ever being sent, as for old passwords, I just tried and it also doesn't work.

On the Mojang help site it says "If multiple failed attempts to log in are made in a row, you might have to wait 24 hours before the account can be authenticated again. If your problem is not resolved after 24 hours, please contact customer support."

Unforuntately you might have to just wait it out. I would recommend not logging into your Minecraft/Mojang account for 36 hours, then contacting support if it didn't fix itself, like the post said.

Oh, I tried looking for something similar, couldn't find it, althought I've already sent a support ticket, i'll restrain from trying to log in my account, thank you so much for the help dude, I appreciate it <3
