"Best," in this case, is a matter of opinion. If you are asking about cheapest you can research that but it varys per extension. The easiest to use in my opinion is GoDaddy, and it is also quite cheap.
I use go daddy but I've used name cheap for the first time, it's dashboard is a lot nicer then go daddy but its up to preference like Apple vs. Windows vs. Linux
I personally use namecheap because it comes with a 1-year WhoisGuard protection for free. Plus, NameCheap has 24/7 live chat (Not sure if GoDaddy has this as well), which I personally prefer over phone support.
However, as the previous posters have stated, its mostly based on opinion (and price), so look around and try a few out. If you are unsatisfied with one, you can always transfer your domain to another registrar.
I'd recommend Namecheap over GoDaddy. I have domains on both.
