I personally don't think that this is worth $10, might want to lower it a bit. You should definitely smooth that terrain, it looks really blocky and badly done. Second, you should fill some of that empty space with decorations, OR expand the mine. The mine itself has an extremely simple design, it isn't particularly nice to look at.

I may lower the price in the future, it would sell for $5 if someone bid and no one else bid. Also the bid increments are $1 so I would not think I would get bids higher than $10! The blocky terrain is meant to be there, for a more natural look of course! I would be up for any of your suggestions on what I should build in the empty spaces, I will not change the mine for it is fairly big at 30x30x50. I thought it was very nice to look at IMO .

I've been using world edit for over a year so I think I know how the floor can be changed but a buyers request if needed. Also not everyone will like every single house design, Why would I build it if I didn't like it ?
