**INTRODUCTION ABOUT MYSELF**!

Hello! My name is Hannah and I am 18 years old. First, I’d like to give you a rundown of my past while playing MineCraft! I played Hypixel for four years, managed servers as a staff manager, co-owner, and an admin! I’ve been a helper and a builder once or twice! I started playing MineCraft in the beginning of 2014 and I slowly brought up a reputation. As a downside, I have not played MineCraft in a really long time. It's not because I am not interested in it anymore. The main reason is that playing alone isn’t fun! Although, don’t let this let you think any less of me! Yes, it’s been quite some time since I have been online, meaning I have forgotten some commands that I may need to use. However, learning is never too hard to do and it’s like muscle memory. Now, I’ve ran into a few problems in the past with servers with reasons such as no respect, unprofessionalism, and so much more! While working with some servers I have been disrespected, and overrun by people lower than me because I am a “female” or follow the rules too strictly. When I come into a community the only thing I ask is for respect, and tolerance.
Enough about that and my past. My strengths as a staff member are kindness, patience, loyalty, honesty, and professionalism. When I work with a server I never put myself above others but rather next to them. Depending on their rank depends on my strict quality or non-strict quality. Now, I never said I couldn’t have fun! I would rather have fun than constantly being the bad guy! So, some of my expectations for a server is professional behavior from my staff, and a non-toxic community. I would like to assure that my staff can handle toxic communities and handle rule breakers.
**What can I offer? What can I do?**: Well, I have a lot of abilities. Each thing I list is things that I can do well. There are a few things that maybe I'm not so great at but I'm always learning things everyday. Apart from being a staff member you learn from others around you and the people above you. So now, here's the big question: What am I good at?
**WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- Discord setup: I can set up bots, admin commands, channels, ranks, permissions, and so much more. I am able to make the Discord run smoothly and have great organization throughout the server. (There's much more I can do with Discord if needed.)
Hiring/Firing: This comes with the job! Having a proper greeting or letter determines all reactions. Having a proper mindset and reaction to those who are upset about being replaced, fired or about people being hired gets you places. Hiring people is the most satisfying and yes, being the bad guy isn't fun but if you have to then you have to!
-Guides/Documents: I can help set up staff guides, documents, and so much more to help improve all the key information for our community and staff!
-Building: Well, I wouldn’t exactly say I'm the world class builder for MineCraft. Although, I am not terrible at it if I needed to help out with placing blocks or worldedit!
-Activity: I am constantly online. When am I ever offline? My computer is my whole world. Currently while typing this it's 4:40 AM! So sorry for any grammar issues or misspelled words! Eek!
-In-game activity: The great thing about me is even though I’d be at a high position I would still join the game for any emergency. Such as an exploiter, spammer, etc. Not only that but I will play the game and stay in the game just for fun!
-Meetings, VC’s, etc: So, **disclaimer**: I do have pretty bad anxiety, and I am a bit shy. However, this doesn’t affect my job. Part of the reason I don't like talking in VC or hosting meetings is because my voice gets mocked a lot. Now, here is where the “but” comes in! I still host meetings, and I still talk in VC even though it's so scary to me!!
A cool thing about my meetings is I allow my staff team to join about 15 minutes prior so we can listen to music and chill before we begin all the boring talk! I even sometimes put on a game like Kahoot! Because I'm cool.
Applications: I’m very detailed when it comes to making applications. Not only can I read them and pick out proper people but I can get a really good team. Are there more denials than there are acceptances? Yes, yes there is! I mostly put people at a trial rank if their application is not that great but like decent. Good applications equal great staff. Sometimes.
Now, as I finish this up. I can also join to test out certain features and things like that. I’m always on the lookout for bugs! I do not do any type of development as I really don’t know how. I do know how to go through the console and turn things off and on. I also know how to send through server messages and I can add some scripts. I’m decent at adding scripts if it's easy.
