Not receiving system e-mails from Mojang

Hey guys,

So I recently got a double cape account. So today I wanted to reset the security questions, password and everything to make it secure. So I log in into the email and ask for a "reset security questions" email.
I waited over an hour and still got nothing. Note that I checked my spam and every other folders on my e-mail. The e-mail is not there.

Does anyone know a fix to this issue ?

nah but fr, it's been like 4 days and still not receiving anything. I've contacted mojang, and they'll probs take 45 days to answer, and they'll ask for the TID, which I do not have.

I forgot the anwsers to my security questions, so I can't change it.
Even the "forgot password" thing doesn't work.[DOUBLEPOST=1564602163][/DOUBLEPOST]By the way, the problem isn't my email. I sent myself a message from another e-mail and I received it.

this happened to me before you just have to wait i guess lol. sooner or later it started to send me emails so i assume the same will happen to you

idk sometimes it still does it to me because it will ask for security questions and i forget them so i request and email and it won't send me one so i wait like a few days and try again, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Give it 24 hours and then try it again.

Mojang has shit automation.

Then the emails are still going to the old email, simple as that.

Contact them and just say you lost access to it or some bs.

Won't they ask for the TID?
