Not Secure Chat?

So, I'm getting this error now on my server. I have tried updating plugins, and looking for answers on google and nothing works.
I'm getting the error in my console as well. Any suggestions?

Yeah, but I've just added that.

This has been a problem before them plugins. At first I thought it was DiscordSRV plugin but it wasn't.

What version is your server running on? Minecraft 1.19.1 adds new functionality allowing players to report others by using their chat messages. This can have actual in-game consequences such as their account being temporarily or permanently banned from all forms of multiplayer. There is a few plugins on Spigot that can be used to remove this feature such as:
