Hello MC-Market, I'm just wondering what version is better for factions.

1.7 For the pvp aspect
1.8 as it's updated and can get better plugins.
1.7/1.8 but no 1.8 plugins

I'm just wondering what would be the best.
please comment below on the pros and cons

You can? I thought you could only have 1.7 with 1.8 Not a 1.8 server that allows 1.7

I believe some plugins give back the 1.7 pvp/cannoning system using protocol lib

1.8. All the plugins are updated, and plugin support is better. There used to be a ProtocolSupport that supported 1.7 on 1.8, but the download link was removed off Bukkit and Spigot :/
