You're so honest, we don't see much of this around minecraft communities, so that's something.

Oh thank goodness, if you threatened everyone I'm sure my grandmother would have a heart attack when it came around to her.

I agree that it's important to have a good relationship with the playerbase while doing your job effectively, however I would also encourage that you maintain a good relationship with the playerbase when you're not doing your job effectively.
