We are using Psychz (full rack) in Dallas I do not have an IP with me at the moment I am on mobile doing a few charity events. I will post when I get near my admin areas.

So I tested out the trial server and it barely held 1000 entities, the TPS tanked quite literally so I don't know what kind of hardware you have but you may want to upgrade it.

Yes, we use OVH. We are working on the move to all owned. The servers are SP-128. The trial server has 512mb of RAM. As for the TPS dropping I will check in with the server to see the cause of the extreme drop.

We have dropped DDR3 and now fully support DDR4 2133MHz and Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 at 3.5GHz. All new servers will be provisioned on DDR4. Get your test server today!

IMPORTANT: One of our datacenters that host the largest portion of our Minecraft daemons is offline due to a fiber cut 9 km from the datacenter. Any host that uses OVH near Montreal, QC, CA will experience packet loss and intermittent connection issues. I will provide more info as soon as it is available.

It seems that Ole Backhoe Joe is at it again, this time under the northern part of the lake.
