Note plugin.

Hello, I'm basically here trying to find someone that could make a plugin for me. It's fairly simple, so if you're willing to make it. Please leave a reply.

Plugin name: vNotes
Commands: -/note add (player name) (note)
-/note remove (player name)
-/note check (player name)

Description: Basically, it creates a text box in chat to all online staff showing a note about the player. Such as (NOTE): Charles1234 is NOT ban evading, has a brother.

Permissions: vnotes.view.player
vnotes.chat.notification
