Notes plugins fro 1.7/1.8

Does anybody have a notes plugin for 1.7/1.8 for HCF and maybe Factions server?

Yeah we tested that one but when the players joins the quotes doesn't appear on him. You have to use the commands /notes list <player> in order to see the note.
