Notice in Other Products/Services

I know this is probably a stopgap measure until something about other products and services is done in xf2 potentially*, but placing a notice notifying people of what they aren't allowed to post (forbidden products/services) in those two particular sections might be able to help the number of posts that break the rules there.

Things like mass DM services, cheats and others are still being offered and while I'll try to report when I see it, it'd probably help to a small degree to place a notice there. That being said it might not help at all, who knows lol.

I personally love this suggestion, I think it would provide benefit to both sellers and buyers throughout the sections mentioned.

I have especially noticed lots of people have not noticed that selling discord nitro / boosts is no longer allowed and it would be great to have a small notification that would allow people to be better informed.
