Try going with a team that make servers instead of doing this individually. If you go with a team your guaranteed to do better. We've had 209 orders just this month of summer, and we had to upgrade to 16 agents. If your good enough you might be able to be on a team. Also, try putting a fixed price rather then "-" or between.
