Hello, Bonjour, Hola, Hallo, and welcome too the official Nova Craft staff recruitment thread. Now, you may be asking yourself, what is this thread and why am i reading it ? Well don't leave just yet, we here at Nova Craft have something that you may be interested in.

What are we ?
Well, as a community we specialise in creativity in which we are using to create a custom minecraft server. This server will consist of a gamemode called factions. Although there are many different factions servers around in the minecraft worlds, we have something different to offer. Our factions server here at Nova craft will have many different ways to be entertained and to lure you in. Some of the features which you can find on our factions server cosist of the following ;

• Custom and unique builds
• 3 - 4 different crate types with sleek rewards
• Clue quests to keep you going
• Custom pvp arena and warzone.
• Warzone loot chests
• Custom enchant's with different tiers
• Economy with player and mob heads
• Safe trading with other players to reduce scamming
• and much much more !

What do we want from you?

Well, as of today, Nova Craft is recruiting many different staff members with different roles. Think your up too it ? Then you should go for it ! We are recruiting 4 different roles, but around 5 - 10 different staff members.
Although, It does come with some requirements, and these are ;

• You must have skype so we can contact you, and so you can be added to our group chat
• You must be over the age of 13 and prove to me that you are mature (if you are under this age, that is fine you just have to be mature and trustworthy)
• You must have experience with the role you choose
• You must be on sometime everyday if you can, If cannot its fine, Just try come on frequently.

What are the roles you can choose from?

• Helper
• Builder
• Developer (Java and or skript)
• Moderator

I'm sorry to say this, but most of these have been done already in soo many faction servers. To the point I can't count. Just an opinion, not intentionally thrashing thread.
