Overview: A sales representative will be responsible for generating sales of Novonode services. As a sales representative, you will use our various channels such as email, and Discord to assist Novonode clients through the purchasing process. Larger clients may be assigned a Sales Representative to ensure customer success throughout their journey with Novonode. This is a paid position, and further detail will be discussed if chosen for an interview.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales of Novonode services including, but not limited to; Minecraft hosting, Discord bot hosting, Web hosting, VPS hosting, Game hosting, and more...
- Follow up with customers to ensure the purchasing process is user friendly, and understandable.
- Escalate issues as needed.
- Identify customer needs.
- Sharing best practices with team members.
- Inform customers of new services.
- Advise customers on service upgrades.
- Share feedback with supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A working computer with a stable internet connection.
- Flexible availability which may include evenings & weekends.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to act in a professional manner.
- Experience in selling at least one of the following:
- Minecraft Hosting
- Web Hosting
- Discord Bot Hosting
- VPS Hosting
- Game Hosting
- Dedicated Servers
- Previous Knowledge of WHMCS is considered an asset.
