Everything about Novonode is great! Fast support, clean panel, and definitely affordable
As of right now. i don't know. i brought 4 servers on January 20 and added dedicated Ip to all it is now Jan 25th and still don't have it and was never contacted between them days about not being in stock. I contacted support about the issue. they informed me they have been waiting for new ips so I'm kind of PO about that but everything else works. but looking for new host as it does not meet my #2 need
I understand your frustration and I apologize for the inconvenience. We have provided an update for you in your ticket. Moreover, you made contact with us on the 24th and we responded within hours.
That said, it explicitly explains that you are to create a support ticket to have your Dedicated IP setup.
