My only question is, where are you getting the funds for this? Or are they already taken care of.

Name: Danielle Guy
Timezone: EST
Age: 29
Availability: 50+ hrs per week/ 8-12hr shifts
What skills can you bring as a Moderator, to work with McTournaments?
I bring patience, understanding and a great passion for the game. I bring extensive customer service/support skills to the table.
I can calmly moderate all age groups keeping a safe, fun environment for players and staff. I believe the key ingredients for being a successful moderator are communication and a positive attitude, with those you can accomplish anything.

How interested are you in working with this server?
I am extremely interested, I love this idea and I cant wait to get on board in any capacity possible. Everything about Minecraft intrigues me, I spend hours researching buildings for inspiration and tutorials to be a better player and a better moderator.

What potential do you see in the McTournaments, and do you wish to help us achieve it?
I see limitless potential. I'm excited about a server where there's always a tournament to join. There isn't another server like this as far as I'm aware. This, as a potential consistent crowd draw, blows my mind, I want in. I'm completely sold.

Do you have the ability to actively talk with the high staff members for assistance and advice?
Again, one of the keys is communication, without it things don't run right. Yes I most definitely can and will actively talk with all staff members, and in particular the high staff members whenever I need advice and/or assistance.

Are you willing to help concerned players, and to assist in the smooth running of our event? - If so, how?
Yes, the reason I am applying is because I love to assist the players and provide an engaging atmosphere where I am open to player concerns and questions. I will address any concerns immediately and with speed to make sure the event runs smoothly and everyone is happy and hungry for more by the end.

Do you have any previous experience being a Moderator or Admin for any other Sever, Network or event?
Yes, I have over two years of moderating experience on Squidwolf Minecraft.

Is there anything that is not described in the description above that you cannot assist with?
Not at all. When do we start?
