The citizenry of Noxxic generally stands behind the principle that "only the strong survive", regarding the qualities of benevolence and compassion as signs of weakness. Strength begets strength, at least as far as the humans of Noxxic are concerned. This seeming cruelty, however, is not an indicator of chaos. As is naturally and necessarily the case with humankind, Noxxic is an orderly country, where rules protect the citizenry from harm… at least from their peers. In Noxxic, however, those with power are clearly protected by the law more than those without it.
It is a dark world, where the physically and mentally strong acquire power through any means, regardless of the consequences to their fellow citizens.
Find allies in this faction based server, grow as a team, learn and attempt to dismantle the likes of any enemy who steps forward, hindering your pathway to rule the world of Noxxic.

Now, here I am going to put on paper how we are looking for our Moderators and Helpers to act when representing our Server. We want you to be yourself, clearly because we chose you because of this, however we have a specific way we want you to act within our network.
First and foremost, you must be kind and friendly to every member of our community. Pretty self explanatory. Regardless of the situation, maturity and respect must be shown to each and every player. Our goal is to create an environment in which players can turn to Staff members in order to receive advice. Welcome each and every new player to the server and make sure they have the easiest as possible time getting started. Remember when you were new, put yourself in their shoes. You are a direct representation of the community we have forged, act like one.
Secondly, we are not a strict bunch of people on this network. For example, if players are fighting about game content, such as “Damnit! You’re gear is so fucking OP!”, this is not a mutable offense. We want to encourage a lenient and competitive environment that allows players to speak freely within reason. We grew up competing in video games. Friendly banter is always acceptable. Cursing is not a big deal, if done in moderation. It adds a unique competitive aspect to our PVP environment, don’t destroy it by being a nazi. However, if players are constantly spamming “nigger” or “fuck” and there is no banter going on, this is where we will take disciplinary action against players. We want our Staff members to be “common sense” Leaders.
Third point, all disciplinary action taken against players, ranging from a mute to a ban must be logged and sent to an Administrator. We are looking to keep our Network clean and professional, this means transparency. There will be a “Staff Player Report” application that must be submitted every time you take action against a player. Everything must be logged, I cannot stress this enough.
Finally, remember, you’re apart of a huge project! Have faith in our administrative team as we will make great deals in order to have the best Network possible! We are investing a great deal of cash, time, and focus in order to create the best project possible. This is a business for us, but on the same token, we want to be able to have the best community possible -- we care about our Staff and players more than anything. WE LOVE OUR COMMUNITY!
