Npc warriors plugin

I need a plugin done that hooks into citizens, sentinel and towny so I can recruit npcs to guard my town and fight for my nation against enemy nations soldiers. I need them to have a configurable cost per irl day aka food ammo and currency if the soldier doesn’t have food it dies. The npcs should be able to take commands and have inventories that can be opened up to give them gear and weapon when they die they should drop there gear and money too. They should at night rest or stay stationary preferably have a sleeping animation but if attacked they will have a chance to wake up.
