Quiet frankly, you can come to me and mention all the other possible managers. Out of them, I’d be the one who put the most dedication, and show the most loyalty. I stick to where I am offered and want to be there until the end. What’s the point of hiring someone who won’t be loyal until the end?
I have worked with MANY networks. Some of the most known ones I have worked/been apart with were VanityMC, MineHQ, VeltPvP, and FaithfulMC. Even as a staff for these, I showed dedication, loyalty, effort, matureness, responsibility, and most importantly friendship.
I have learned from working with servers, that the key is to always have a friendship with everyone. As cliche as it sounds, it’s true. It helps the trust and bond grow, and most of the time gets you to work harder.
I’m usually active here everyday, so I will be able to reply to anyone who needs me.

Management Skills:
Staff Management
- Full Staff Management. This includes staff meetings, promotions, demotions, monitoring, etc. Creating a strong team is a hard thing to do, and what I know a lot of bigger server owners struggle with is when their top admins go and create their own servers, or perhaps they just lose their staff to inactivity. Sadly, these are all too common in the community, even among those who handle their servers with the utmost responsibility and respect. With my management, server owners will feel stress-free about their staff team. All staff will be given a Code of Conduct and it will be strictly followed.
Community Management:
- Full Community Management. My main goal is to essentially make sure the community in its entirety is operating smoothly. This includes planning events, accepting and denying ban appeals, reports, tickets, and fixing issues among the community.
Media Management:
- Full Media Management. I offer full Media Management to allow your server to have the chance to grow in a positive way. All YouTubers will be monitored regularly and will upload regularly as well.
Server Management:
- Full Server Management. Full server management is all of the above. I will Manage the staff team, I will also manage the community, as well as youtubers.
Server Administration:
- Full Administration. This involves bug fixes, along with helping with lag. As an Admin I would also regulate the server and help make sure that everyone is following the Terms of Service. There are many more Administration roles, that I cannot list them all here.
Screensharing:
With over five years of screensharing, I am confident to say I am one of the top tier screensharers on MCM. I’m currently partnered with PaladinAc and SafeShare. These two tools are almost guaranteed when bringing me to the server.
At the end of the day, my standards are above average, and I get the job done:

$20 per week
$50 per month / $100 per three months
(FREE UNTIL SEPT 4th) (if you hire me before then it won’t cost you a dime)

• If you do not like my job for any reasoning, I will refund 100% of the payment
• You will pay me up front before I do my job on your network.
• You will not dispute the money sent for no reasoning.
