NS NETWORK — Volunteer Staff Team Application

THE Network

Based out of Dallas, Texas — we own and operate our own hardware, equipment and logistics; together we have over 10 years experience. We’ve owned multiple servers but we took a break and lost our community. We’re back — better than ever; we’ve learned from our mistakes and we’re ready to do it right. We need people to help complete our projects.

Our Openings

ADMIN

You are:

• Fifteen (15) years of age; (exceptions occasionally made)
• Willing to contribute 10 hours a week to the Network
• An active user of the application “Discord”

What you’ll do:

• Day to day operations of the server and maintenance of all aspects within the server
• Ensure all guidelines are correctly followed
• Provide support for all staff and branch manager
• Other duties as assigned

MODERATOR

You are:

• Fifteen (15) years of age; (exceptions occasionally made)
• Willing to contribute 7 hours a week to the Network
• An active user of the application “Discord”

What you’ll do:

• Enforce compliance of our Network and branch-level rules and uphold the peace
• Provide support and answer basic questions from the player-base
• Other duties as assigned

DEVELOPER

You are:

• Sixteen (16) years of age; (exceptions occasionally made)
• Willing to contribute 15 hours a week to the Network
• An active user of the application “Discord”

What you’ll do:

• Day to day operations of the branch including coding custom mods and plugins for server
• Ensure high standard and fully functional mods and plugins
• Other duties as assigned

MOD DEVELOPER

You are:

• Sixteen (16) years of age; (exceptions occasionally made)
• Willing to contribute 15 hours a week to the Network
• An active user of the application “Discord”

What you’ll do:

• Day to day operations of the branch include creating custom mods for server
• Ensure high standard and fully functional mods
• Other duties as assigned

BUILD TEAM

You are:

• Thirteen (13) years of age; (exceptions occasionally made)
• Willing to contribute 10 hours a week to the Network
• An active user of the application “Discord”
• Have an active portfolio

What you’ll do:

• Create and design structures around the map
• Designing the inside of the buildings to make them pretty and functional
• Terraform open space into nice areas for viewing
• Other duties as assigned

While we don’t offer compensation/hour or /project, we do offer a welcoming environment and team-based giveaways.

I would say all of the managers on MCM are in it for the money only and then they just overcharge people a lot more.
