Hi there, my name's Jake and I'm the owner on Nucleus. Nucleus is a setup / management team that offers multiple services, including, but not limited to, plugin development, back-end and front-end management, and plugin configuration. I'll get to the prices later on in the thread, but I assure you we are the cheapest in the area for our quality.
Who are we?
Nucleus consists of, so far, 6 different personnel. We have members experienced in management, in configuration and in development. So who will be doing each service? Well I'll tell you now.

How much do we charge?
We offer multiple packages to fit all of your budgets as well as needs, so you pay for what you want.
Management Packages:
Package 1 (Forum Management ONLY) - $10/mnth - In this package, we will offer to do anything related to the forums (updates, release threads about the server, etc). You may choose which you would like us to do.
Package 2 (Staff Management ONLY) - $15/mnth - In this package we will offer to do anything staff-related (promotes, demotes, handbook, setting expectations, evaluations, etc).
Package 3 (Community Management) - $15/mnth - In this package, we will be hosting events for the community, setting challenges with rewards, etc. We will come up with the events (except if you want to), so don't worry about having no ideas about what to do.
Package 4 (General Management) - $35/mnth - This package includes all of the above.
Configuration Packages:
Package 1 (10 Configs - 1 week warranty) - $15 // depends on complexity - In this package, we will give you 10 configs (if we can't do the plugin we'll give a refund). We will also provide 1 week of warranty for the plugins. EG: if you change your server name and need us to change it on your featherboard, we can do it for free so long as it's within the first week.
Package 2 (15 configs - 3 week warranty) - $25 // depends on complexity - In this package, we will do 15 configs of your choice. If we can't do the config, we'll give a refund for what one plugin is worth out of the $25. See above for information regarding warranty.
Package 3 (infinity configs - lifetime warranty) - $50/mnth - In this package, we will offer to do as many plugins as you like on a monthly fee. See above for information regarding warranty.
Extra Warranty - $5/week.
Development Packages:
Package 1 (2 plugins) - $200+/- // depends on complexity - In this package, we will offer to make two custom plugins of your choice, and the price can go up or down depending on how hard it is to make.
Package 2 (4 plugins) - $400+/- // depends on complexity - In this package, we will offer to make four custom plugins of your choice, and the price can go up or down depending on how hard it is to make.
Package 3 (5 plugins) - $500+/- // depends on complexity - In this package, we will offer to make five custom plugins of your choice, and the price can go up or down depending on how hard it is to make.
You may purchase multiple packages at once. You may also purchase multiple configurators or managers to get the job done quicker. However, it will be an extra $5 for the second and third manager/configurator.
Custom Packages:
We also offer custom packages. These can include setting servers up, writing up the rules, staff handbook, etc. Shoot me a PM and I'll give you a quote as well as an estimated time-frame.
Vouches:

Vouch Copies:
We'll be offering two vouch copies (VCs) of a package containing two configs and one week of staff or forum management.

Terms of Service (ToS):
By purchasing any package from Nucleus, you agree to the following terms:
- Charge-backs are prohibited. If you want a refund, you will have to go through Nucleus ("We", "Us", "Our") and the person who was doing the package with a request for the refund and why you want it / should have it. Any unauthorised charge-backs will be dealt with severely.
- For development and configuration packages, if you wish to cancel on us without using your package to it's fullest extent, you will not receive a refund. Please see the above term in regards to refunds.
- In regards to any and all monthly packages, if you cancel us halfway through the month you will not receive a refund. Please see the first term in regard to refunds.
- In regards to development packages, you must pay 50% before the development begins. If you wish to cancel after one hour, you will not receive that money back. If you decide to cancel before one hour is up (going off the time you send the 50% deposit), you will be refunded that money.
- In regards to configuration and development packages, if we fail to complete the job by your set end date, you will be given a 20% refund.
- These ToS are liable to change at our discretion.
