Paying someone $$$ to do the following things

1. decompile this plugin - https://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/blocksplugin/
2. add Nuggets to Ingots with a /Nugget with a separate Permission. (block.nugget)


not sure if the dev cares about decompiling and adding something but he hasnt logged in since
2014.
