To be honest with you, I could write a list of so many things wrong with the website to your business plan. In the simplest terms, this looks like a complete scam, that was made within a few minutes. Like, you didn't even purchase WHMCS or some other automated service, people have to e-mail you to get it. You don't have any legitimate ToS or Privacy Policy. You state that you don't log anything, what if someone is caught hosting something illegal? You could be in trouble too.

Plus some of the prices for yearly hosting is higher than the month to month. I'll guess also this isn't a legally registered company either?

I could be wrong, but in reality, I wouldn't recommend hosting with you. Feel free to prove me wrong, but for now, this is my opinion. Anyways, wish you the best but it's highly unlikely this will work out for you, unless you improve your business model, website, etc.

And when you were bragging all about it on screenshare, you were on the Admin Panel and it does show IP's

“I don’t know what I’m doing” but you are too ignorant to know that it is the box ip......

The website looks unprofessionally made, you're using the Apple logo, your prices didn't add-up, what kind of operations are you running here? Plus, you sound pretty unprofessional. :tdown:

Excuse me? I am considering the factors. Your website isn't the best looking/appealing, your responses on MCM are not AT ALL professional, and given that this thread is basically trashed by so many people, you made it worse by coming on here and fighting back; instead, you should have direct messaged them and asked the issue and how you, as a business owner, could fix it.

Please, before you tell me to look at the factors, check yourself before you wreck yourself; even worse than you already have.

The only people trashing it is this wavy guy who thought the servers IP was the clients IP and you who is backing him up

He has no idea what he's doing. Also IP's are tracked on his control panel.

For many reasons, clearly we can see your using Apple Inc.'s logo witch can shut down your company for copyright.

Can we stop giving this guy a hard time? Everyone on this thread either already owns a hosting company and is just trying to put him down. He's just started off, he's new, and probably isn't as experienced as you all. Instead of demotivating him and criticizing him, we could positively give him tips? Note to OP: Create an advice thread on how to improve your service, I'm sure everyone on this thread would like to help. He might be unprofessional and using logos but we can tell him instead of being mean to get a custom logo maker or make one.
