Recently, my other owner and I have been really stressed owning our network. We don't have time to run something this time consuming anymore, we are sacrificing a lot of our daily life to run this server.

The network has 5 full-setup servers with surprisingly amazing quality. There are little to no bugs on the servers. We have a staff manager that manages which staff get promoted/demoted and many staff members that keep the server running smooth.
The servers are Creative, Factions, Skyblock, OPPrison, and KitPvP.
Each server has custom plugins that give the players a unique experience, you can see these for yourself if you are an interested buyer.

What you get:
- Domains
- Dedicated machines (bill is monthly)
- Full ownership

Usually, we average around $100-$400 daily.
And monthly we average 3k-5k.

The server usually peaks 75-100 players on the weekend.
A few months ago we were hitting 200+ players, but we haven't been buying advertisements due to us wanting to sell the server.
This setup can EASILY make 5k a month, and way more if you actually tried.
In the year 2015, the server made a total of $70k.
This year, we've made $24k total.

I think if you want to sell any server you should at least provide a IP otherwise you would not find many people to buy due to trust. There is no loss in sharing the IP or website so don't make it complicated for buyers if they must ask you and wait X hours for a reply. Me and the other owner dont prefer owning a server together, plus the other owner has a server that keeps him busy. Id rather make one alone, if that makes sense.
