This very high-detail spawn was originally meant to be a prison spawn with a PVP map surrounding it, but the commissioner never paid for it and stopped responding. So I'm selling it here.
As mentioned in the title, the sizes are this:

Spawn: 150x150
PVP-area: 400x400
the terrain is not exactly square, but it JUST fits into a 500x500 square, so the surface area is roughly equal to 400x400.

Adaptions can be made, for some or no additional charge depending on their nature. For instance, I'm not going to change the shape of the entire outer terrain for free.

The "pvp area" honestly looks like you just did //replace grass clay

you mean without numerous hours of voxelsniper? I mean, yes I used worldedit. So what?

We can see that, doesn't look that good if you use //replace to get more detail in your build. The warzone looks abit empty, add grass, rocks random stone blocks and leaves, but 20$ extra for custom trees??? That's ridiculous! you will probably make them with voxel sniper though. the spawn it selfs looks good, but this build for starting bid 60$ and buy it now price of 100$ is way too much. This is still premade and not custom made, don't forget that!
