Oasis Network | In Need Of Staff Manager + Community Manager

Hello everyone!
I am one of the Owner's from Oasis Network, home of the only vanilla Demon Slayer server and now Pixelmon! We've been up for around 4 months now, and have seen some decent success!
However, with expansion comes a lot of tedious task, me and my peers obviously have our actual lives to worry about and on top of server management it becomes a lot. Which is why we've come to here,
we're looking for someone who is confident, hard-worker, takes the initiative, and can help us keep a stable staff team and community! Here are some details regarding our server:

Details:
Average Player Count: 60-70 on weekdays, 90-130 on weekends.

Server Theme: We are by no means your typical server, do not expect coming into your average factions or mini-game server. One of our server's is custom coded and based off the anime "Demon Slayer" you'll be provided with a handbook of information to help you get started as a manager for that specific gamemode. However for Pixelmon, that's more common so we expect you to be a little more experienced with that.

Payment: We disclose all of our payment information within DMs, however we only do front-end payments which I don't think will be an issue. We also prefer to pay monthly rather than weekly.

Requirements:

- We require a good amount of dedication from you, meaning you must be active within not only the discord but the server as well. We expect you to communicate with our staff team and community very frequently as well.

- You will need to provide a resume while contacting us this is so we can get a good idea of who we're working with.

- We'd PREFER if you weren't working with too many networks (or any at all), but if you are it's not a big deal.
