This is Oasis Services, a team of people specialised in different aspects of setting up servers. However, we need more people to join us before we begin launching our service to clients around the web. We are looking for a range of people with different skills in different timezones, but we aren't accepting anybody - we have a set of requirements that need to be met to ensure that our service is at the highest possible quality.
You would be thinking up ideas of features to add for the clients which would make their network or server unique. This would involve designing the mechanisms behind the features and reporting to the necessary people. You would sometimes be working alongside other creative designers in the team to allow quicker completion of the project. There would be a few requirements you would have to meet;
• Experience in thinking up gamemodes and features for Minecraft.
• Excellent knowledge of what can and can't be done in a Minecraft server.
• A very creative mind.
• Ability to co-operate and work well within a team.
Would I be paid?
Yes, upon completion of the project you will recieve a share of the amount that the client paid, depending on how much time / work you put into the project.
