Since there is no application format to go off of as this is done intentionally, your first evaluation will be based on your application.

We hope to grow with our dedicated staff members and reward them in the future with compensation as growth of the server is shown.

As much as I understand this. The whole point is to see if people will spend the time to actually make a compelling, stand out application. This shows atleast as a first impression care and desire. Then at that point during the interview can ask what ever questions I need. The responses so far have been quite impressive with some.
