Staff & Management Recruitment Thread
Hello McM, my name is James and I have recently started up a server
called AvaliumPvP. I have been working on development for quite some time now
and I thought this was the time to start recruiting for staff & management members for the server. AvaliumPvP will consist of four factions servers and two skyblock servers. The names as are follows
OPFactions Omega (KITMAP)
OPFactions Omega (FACTIONS + CUSTOM)
Factions Blue (CUSTOM ENCHANTMENTS)
Factions Red (Non-OP)
Skyblock Mars (OP)
Skyblock Jupiter (Non-OP)
All staff members are global staff members, you will have to do this thing called spread where you have to all spread around the servers.

Operations Manager- 1/1
The operations manager handles everything including staff management, media management, development of the server, forums management & support management. He/she handles these operations but doesn’t control them.
Staff Manager- 0/3
The staff manager’s job is to over-look the staff team and manage it. They make sure all staff members are doing their jobs and making sure they make no mistakes. They handle staff applications, interviews and decide on promotions and demotions with the operations manager. This role is in-charge of the Platform Administrator rank and below.
Support Manager- 0/2
The support manager’s job is to handle situations where people have purchased something on the store and they have not received it, the forums, store or bans site isn’t working for them. When people inside and to handle things like complaints which depends what they complain about.
Forums Manager – 1/2
The forums manager’s job is to handle the forums, they accept and deny player & staff reports, they moderate the forums, the handle punishment appeals, they handle insider reports.
Operator Position – 0/3
The Operator’s duties are to administrate all operations of the server such as slack, team-speak, discord server & the Minecraft server. They make sure nothing ‘sketchy’ is happening on these platforms. They also handle server drama caused by players.
Administration Positions – 0/8
There are in total four administrator ranks as the following in order, Platform Administrator, Senior Administrator, Administrator + & Administrator. These ranks go in order as trust they have different power(s) and roles to do as-well.
Moderation Positions – 0/15
There are in total of five moderation positions on the network as in the following order, Senior Moderator, Moderator +, Moderator, Trial Moderator & Chat Moderator. These roles have different duties to do, they must moderate the chat on the forums, discord and team-speak. They also have to watch over the server to make sure no one is cheating on the server, which gives other players an dis-advantage at winning.
Trial-Staff Positions – 0/ ∞
Helper is the trial-staff position, this trial goes for only twelve hours, you will be assigned two mentors on your trial, one will be for 6 hours and the other one for the last 6 hours. This trial will depend if you are ready to become staff or you become a Trial Mod or Chat Mod. We look over your behavior, and how you enforce the rules on the server. You will come across challenges on the server to see if your fit for staff or not.
Tester(s) Positions – 0/6
There are two testing positions, such as beta tester and bug tester, the difference is that a bug tester tries to find bugs on the network, the beta tester tests out new updates and servers. This is a serious position and these positions work with the developer(s). This position is considered apart of the development team.
Management Position(s) Requirements
· Must Be 15+ Years of Age.
· Must have previous experiences
· Must have a working microphone & headset.
· Must have the following communication systems – discord, team-speak, slack, skype & telegram.
· Must be familiar with this position
· Willing to do any assigned tasks
· Active & Friendly Person
Operator & Administrative Position(s) Requirements
· Must Be 14+ Years of Age.
· Must have previous experiences and familiar in working at this position
· Must have a working microphone & headset
· Must have the following communication systems – discord, team-speak & slack.
· Must be on at least 24 hours a week.
Moderation & Trial Staff Position(s) Requirements
· Must Be 12+ Years of Age.
· Must have a working microphone & headset
· Must have the following communication systems – discord, team-speak & slack.
· Must be on at least 20 hours a week.
· Must being able to record at a high FPS rate.
Testing Position(s) Requirements
· Must Be 13+ Years of Age.
· Must have a working microphone & headset.
· Must have a good attitude.
· Must have discord & team-speak.
· Willing to do any assigned tasks.
