Hey! OblivionRaids is a factions server now going re-releasing season One of factions. We are ready to kick off with brand new partners, a new map, better and optimized plugins, and much more. As our release draws nearer, we are looking for staff to help moderate the server in their free time. We are looking for professional, mature, and motivated staff members to join the team. Roles we're looking for:

Owner
The owner (as you most likely know), overlooks the entire server and community. Their role is very similar to the manager, but is everything (Moderator, Helper, Administrator) combined. The owner, perhaps have one of the hardest jobs, unless their lazy buttocks cannot be bothered with anything, which is certainly not the case here.

Manager
Managers are hard-working individuals, who use their executive control to take care of the server, the community, and the staff. They are committed to the server, and are in charge of making sure that everything is going smoothly, and also work on promotions, and make sure that everything is in place.

Moderator
Moderators are the "general use" role of the staff team, as they have the widest range of jobs. They are given more trust and permissions than helpers, but have more of a responsibility. Moderators help people in chat, settle disputes in-game, resolve support tickets on Discord, find and appropriately punish rule breakers, and are now allowed to join sub-teams. More information about sub-teams will be given to helpers when they first join the team.

Helper
Helper is the most common role that will be given out on our team. Helpers help moderate chat and support players with anything they may need, while they enjoy the server for themselves. Helpers are given a great deal of trust, likely more than on most other servers, so we want our helpers to represent the server in the best way possible. The Helper role is a chance to prove yourself to the management team; if you prove yourself capable of a promotion, then you will be promoted quickly.
