OBS Help Issues

Hello,

I have been running into so many issues with OBS. When I record a clip it is smooth but then randomly it'll stop and skip. I have tried everything. I also want to know the best settings for quality/performance for obs as well. I will pay like 5-10$ if someone can help me that is very experienced with obs. PM me or leave some comments down below. Still need help. I have legit tryed every setting. Put task manager programs on higher priority etc.
