So basically my issue is when I use game capture on OBS and go fullscreen the FPS drops to 20 frames and wont go any higher. If I use display capture and go fullscreen it doesnt drop FPS but the recording looks choppy.
What I need is a fix on how to go fullscreen with game capture and not drop to 20 FPS. Playing non-fullscreen is not an option.
