Obs smooth render setting + Sony Vegas

I’m looking for good render settings that my pc can handle, I get around 1000 FPS on prac servers without recoding. I want it to look smooth for example like stimpy, Potdfast, all their vide look super smooth. Specs: Gtx1060 Intel I5 7500 with 8 GB of ram. 144hz monitor. If you guys got any of these that can handle the specs just put them in the comments
