OBS Streaming Settings / Problem

Hey MCM,

I think some of you may know how to fix this issue I have when streaming with OBS.

When I stream to my twitch, my internet is fine, my fps in game in fine, but when I playback the fps on twitch it's no more than 10 fps which is not what I want. My Bitrate is on about 3000 at the moment. I don't know if it's my internet, computer or I just need to reinstall OBS to fix the fps lag on twitch.

Any help would be appreciated.

What's your Internet up and down speed?

Down: 75
Up: 6-7

I know. I'm trying to phone my ISP to get them to upgrade it or I'll leave [DOUBLEPOST=1491383683][/DOUBLEPOST]
