I’m the owner of Ocean Services, and I was looking to recruit a manager than can help me run the team day to day. As a manager, you would be expected to:
Recruit Team Members:
You would help me find freelancers and sales reps to join the team.
Engage with Clients:
You would help clients out in their tickets if their sales rep isn’t online, and help out with processing payment.
Find Clients:
This doesn’t mean that you have to act as a sales rep, but you would be expected to help me make sure that everyone is doing their job and that the sales reps are getting clients.
This position is paid. We can talk about compensation when you reach out to me.
