However I feel the time has come to start recruiting Sales Representatives.
Your Job
As sales representatives your main task will be to find serious clients with seemingly high budgets. The team is aimed at people who are looking for very high quality work and have little to no restrictions on the price tag, meaning that every message to the client (either through their thread or PMs) should be beautifully crafted. Anyone who copy pastes any of their messages will be punished.
Next, having brought the client into the discord, you should first advise them to create a ticket using -new. You will then help them find a freelancer that can complete what they're looking for, using our custom discord bot. Finally, you will let the freelancer do their job, and mark the ticket as completed.
Payment
As a sales rep you will be paid 7% of each commission, with 90% going to the freelancer and 3% going towards the service (I take the money left after payments to keep up the team have been made).
Requirements
You do not need to have been a sales representative previously to come work with Ocean Services, however the key is being active. There will be a monthly competition among sales representatives (for whoever successfully completes the most commissions), the winner of which will receive my cut of the commission for the next month, meaning 10% of all of their tickets.
However, there are some basic requirements.
English: As a sales representative you must be fluent in English, and able to use next to perfect grammar.
Activity: So that we can get as many clients as possible, I expect you to be very active. This will lead to an increase in commissions, meaning a greater profit for all of us.

You can expect a reply within 24 hours, however I will instantly deny people who spam me trying to force me to reply. You will get notified whether or not you get the job, and if it doesn't go in your favor the message will be accompanied with what I think you could have done better in your application, and an overall reason for denying.
