A little about us?
We're a server who is freshly in the creation, still a week or two from the full release, we aim to be a survival server, with RPG features and a long term goal is to make a completely custom RP map for a fairly custom experience, but that's for the future we want to build a player base and slowly work towards that.
As for myself, I'm Quacky a cuddly panda who enjoys Minecraft for the social aspect I'm also sometimes a grumpy bear when people do silly things, but most the time, I'll just throw eggs at you or lock you in a cage for 5 mins, all in jest.

What are we looking for?
We believe in an engaging approach to managing a server, the staff aren't just there to enforce the rules and not help the players in-game. we hope our staff interact with players and help them do what they need/want to do within the rules, we want our staff to be excited and welcome all new players, we also provide Staff with a little bit of extra room within their roles to be able to go and help the players in a struggle "oh no a creeper blew up my house :'( " we fully encourage you to go help them quickly repair it in creative or give them some money to get the resources to do so. we really just want people who help make others smile and enjoy the game and if this sounds like you, feel free to apply and we'll get in touch with you
What you will need?
You're basically my right hand, you'll stand staff applications, help with permissions and setting the server up in general now and in the future, you will also handle day to day operations anything that arises, you'll help implement server rules and features, and anything else required of you.
You will need experience with setting up ranks and how they work, I myself am a pex user but currently learning Luckperms, in the future, you will have access to the console after we have built a relationship and i can trust you with access to it.
Requirements
17 or +
Preferred to be in the Oceania region, so we can actually talk and not both have to stay up to the crack of dawn to catch up.
Decent knowledge of plugins and how they work or at least willing to learn
a Mic is Required
