I'm TheCamoWaffle, the owner of OceanMC. We're a factions server in progress that's looking for admins to help lighten the load in building the server.
Disclaimer: The admin positions are not paid, however there's not a whole lot more left to do server-setup wise so we can negotiate how much of server profits you'll get when the server releases.
We're trying to ensure that people will have to stay active to do well, and reduce the impact of afking grinders as much as possible.
As an administrator you would mostly be responsible for configs in the run-up to the launch, as well helping out the team wherever you can. After the server launches you could be responsible for keeping track of staff and ensuring that everyone is having a good time as well as bug fixes and some server enhancements.
