Oculate was created in early 2016, It was after kohi shut down. Recently I've been working on the project however I have lost motivation.
Plugins that are included:
Our rank core is fully custom, the buyer will be provided with source code.
Our practice core isn't ours to sell so we unfortunately do not have permission for that.
Our anticheat is fully custom, and is able to detect 3.1.
Our spigot is custom however I sadly do not have permission to sell it, I might be able to get you in contact with the developer in order to purchase it.
