New Discord Bot
After several months of work, we're extremely glad to announce that our New Discord Bot is now live. This will include many new features, and ultimately has made it easier for us to add updates in the upcoming future to our bot.
Ticket Center
The ticket-center is the new place to create a ticket from. As we introduce new ticket types in the near future, they may all be created here.
Commissions Re-Opened
Commissions are now re-open! While we liked our previous system for commissions, there were many issues within the bot making it hard to manage commissions, and ultimately keep the system smooth. With our new custom Commissions system it is easier than ever before to order commissions, with a clean discord channel that clears itself between stages to keep chat easy to keep track of, and more user commands than ever before for you to manage your commission how you wish to.
New ticket commands:
!ticket close // closes your ticket unless money has already been paid.
!ticket alert // tags relevant staff members, only use if support is slow.
!ticket print // sends you the log of your ticket.
!ticket invite <@user> // allows another member to join your ticket.
!ticket join <@user> // join a ticket if invited.
!ticket leave // leave a ticket if you joined it prior.
You can not leave your own ticket. Commissions all also now use a new invoicing system, and so all payments go directly through Odyssey Builds. This new system is incredibly easy to use, and helps keep all payments even more secure than ever before. We've taken all your previous feedback in mind while designing the new bot, and so we hope you all like the new system! Thank you for your patience getting the new bot up.
Support Tickets
Furthermore, we have also re-created Support Tickets. They are now much easier to organise for our support team, helping us give you support even quicker than ever before.
We hope you all enjoy the new bot, and we look forwards to bringing out new updates for it in the future! Make sure to suggest any new features in the suggestions channel of our Discord.

Hello everyone! With Christmas beginning this month, we're extremely excited to reveal our plans to make this Christmas even more exciting than ever before. We've introduced a Christmas Calendar for this year, with specific updates, discounts or charity events coming to our shop daily until the 24th of December.
All information relating to the Calendar will be listed in our Discord - which includes discount information, giveaways and charity related news. All final statistics (i.e. money raised for charity, new builds added) will be listed in the Announcements channel during our 2019 summary announcement later this month.

A Year in Review 2019
Hello Everyone! Starting this year, we're going to be releasing 'A Year in Review' videos annually, to truely highlight the growth Odyssey experiences every year. We could never have imagined last year that we would grow this much over the span of 2019, and we're so glad to have shared the journey with all of you. I would all of our achievements from this year here, but instead this video does it perfectly:
I obviously couldn't fit every achievement into the video, so I'd also like to mention a few other success we've achieved this year! We've had some of our most reputable clients this year, including Patrick Carman (New York Times best-selling childrens author) and The Bajan Canadian, owner of SkyBounds. We've also grown organically to 265 followers on Twitter, which is a great achievement for us. The quality of our commissions and builds coming to the shop has continued to grow throughout this year, and we hope will also continue to grow in the future.
On top of this, I'd also love to thank our management team, who have made 2019 amazing. We've grown to hire some of the best people I've ever worked with, including our amazing Commission Managers and Builders. It's truely an honor to work with you all. Furthermore, this year was only possible due to the repeated commitment from our General Manager, Strqfe_. The company wouldn't be where it is without you, so thank you a lot for your help with everything; positively shaping the direction Odyssey has moved in. I really appreciate all the support since day one.
And thank you to everyone who's ever worked with Odyssey in the past, or has taken the time to look over our work. 2019 Has been an amazing year, and we can't wait to see what 2020 brings! Let's hope even more happens next year (somehow).

Hired these guys for a custom commission build, and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Was able to be on the server as the same time as the builder and we collectively came up with ideas together(mostly the builder took my ideas and turned them into amazing creations) and the build came out spectacularly just the wanted I wanted it too. My builder (DrqzArch) was absolutely amazing. Put so much detail into every aspect and took so much time out of his days to construct this build for me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs any custom builds done. These guys are real professionals.
