I am Alex and I am here to share to the community OdysseyMC. I am requesting a server Owner for the server. I have currently installed a range of plugins (many premium) and configured them to my liking. However, these plugins work for any server and are not for specific server game modes and server types. Those plugins will be installed during further server development and I just jump started the development by installing primary needed plugins, then set them up.
The server type is yet to be decided as I can’t decide on a game mode of which can be made unique on a whole new level. If you have ever had any ideas for your perfect server, this may specifically interest you!
Please keep in mind I will not pay you since you are working with me, all donations would be split 50/50 between us both after any fees to be paid off. I am hosting the server with 16gb of ram as a vps and I will continue to take care of this, any fees you wish to pay for or not to pay for is your own choices and your own money, which is always nice to have a bit of a development budget for working on your perfect server.
I have quite a lot more time then I used to for producing and developing the server but not to do it alone. I am dedicated and always here to help where needed but require somebody to take charge and act like this is their server to do an equal amount of the work. Here are some requirements I feel are required for us to get the maximum amount of work done and be successful.
Owner requirements:
- Have relatively good grammar, punctuation and spelling whilst working.
- Quite highly active, as an owner on normal days I’d hope for at least 3 hours a day (Unless you work well in a faster time and don’t need as long to finish tasks).
- 15 or older.
- Quite a professional mindset whilst working.
- Dedication, lots and lots of this stuff.
- High experience in general server management, development and ownership.
- High standards for staff.
- Capable on your own, I don’t want to need to be holding your hand through everything. As I mentioned, I’m always here, but that doesn’t mean I want to always be here just to help you with your job. I just need somebody willing to put in the craft and really just try.
- Be yourself, I don’t want you to change who you are to impress me or anyone. I want to succeed, so do you. Although we need a semi-professional mindset that doesn’t mean you need to act completely different to satisfy anyone.
