Can you contract someone under age, and someone from another country?

A legal guardian (parent, etc.) can sign for you if you're under age - others can not. At least in the UK that's true, not sure about other countries.

Yes, contracts. Here is the definition for a contract if you don't know what it means. A written or spoken agreement, especially one concerning employment, sales, or tenancy, that is intended to be enforceable by law.

In the US I think minors can sign contracts but they can be void so it would be best for an individual over 18 from both parties to sign it so there's an actual meaning for the contract .

If a minor in the us signs a contract they don't have to follow it and you can't do anything about it unless they break state/federal laws...

Non-Disclosure Agreements are the best to go for when you want the second party not releasing any of your ideas when working with a Network etc.
