Hi, I'm Bios and I'm offering my self as a dedicated staff member. I will list my resume in this post. I would like to be Admin+, I am willing to be lower staff Every once in a while. Here is my resume

How many hours can you put in the server per week: Every week I am able to put at least 20hours into the game, with a lot more time being on discord.
Any past experiences in being a staff member?: I have been Helper, mod, Senior mod, builder, admin, Manager(I was only manager for a few hours and got to do nothing, but i was accepted due to my maturity and ideas.
Why do you want to become staff?: Personally, I am someone who enjoys being there for people, I love to help out everyone when they need it, giving a hand even if it cuts into what I was trying to do. I want to be someone that people can come to when they have problems, need help or just want to have a chat.
If I were to be chosen as a staff member, I would be able to dedicate my time to make sure that players have an enjoyable experience, helping to lessen the load on the other staff.
The staff position would also be able to help me through the ways that it will make me more involved in leadership.
In general, I am not the person who would nominate themselves with a leadership position, or put themselves forward for large responsibilities. I feel as though this is the first step to becoming a more confident person.
But how can this actually help me achieve this?
I feel as though, with my position, I would be a user that people come to, relying on for help. Finding this a crucial part of me evolving as a person. Breaking out of my shell and taking an initiative to make a difference.
Throughout my life, I have played a lot of Minecraft, enjoying being part of communities and servers. I have learnt through this time, the many aspects required to help keep a server a fun and respectable place. Being apart of a staff team will help me to become an even more responsible person, helping me to get further involved with a community, making me more up to talking to people I never thought I would have spoken too.
So why do I want to help people?
I am the kind of person who loves to help out whenever they can, even if it’s the smallest thing. On this server, I find that my part in helping is answering everyone's questions and giving them tips on how to get started. I find that I want to be more involved in this process, being asked many questions about anything about the server.
Why should we accept you as staff?: You should accept me as staff because I’m hard working, good under pressure, work well with others, respectful, and kind.

My qualities: I am a kind and compassionate member, I love treating members and people with the kind of respect that I would like from them. This kindness that I also possess is reflected in my personal life, throughout the way that I treat my family and close friends.
Another one of my traits is being an honest person. If I am in a position where I think that I have done something wrong, I always admit when I do something wrong and take the consequences. Patience is another one of my strengths. Through positions where it is hard to determine what someone is trying to express, I do my best to get to find what they need even if it takes longer than it should.
