5.7 Do not ask for vouch copies on a thread. If the author specifically states they're offering vouch copies, send a PM instead.

Where does it say so? The author was stating they were payments - if you look in the post it has no parts where it says "Giving away VC" - He was doing it for money.

Why did you quote my response to this thread? I never asked about getting a vouch copy. I was responding to a user who was asking for it so I responded with the rules of not asking for vouch copies on a thread.

I am defending myself, you quoted me and in the full thread it never said he was giving away a vouch - He has 0 reps, and I asked for a VC

You are still supposed to not make it on the thread so you cannot really defend yourself if I already pointed the evidence that you cannot ask for a vouch copy of a thread.

The rule states that "if the author states they are giving Vouch Copy's" which they aren't
