Personally, I feel that $5 or above is too high for discord servers unless your servers look amazing.
Maybe providing some examples of past projects can help you..

I agree with the man above me; some people make high-quality setups for FREE. They also have a portfolio; that's the point you should start charging money when you have made enough discord's for a portfolio.
