Offering for a development of a custom minigame for a tekkit classic server

hello i'm creating this post to spark some ideas and get some developers on my side here's what i'm looking for, the server i run currently is Tek-Heads.com you can look at our website. we are in need of something new. we have a couple mini-games currently but am looking for something unique and oriented around the theme of whom we are. the plugin must be fully compatible with tekkit classic modpack and must be original. I am fair and if i see the effort exceeds what i am offering i will make it right.. if its better then i expected then we may be able to hire another dev on our team and make tons more plugins... hopefully the brains are getting creative!

I was leaving it up for a developer to look at my website and come up with a unique mini game from their own idea. Something like no other. Sure $15 seems low that was a starting offer if you read my post to its entirety you would see that I mentioned had I seen a lot of effort and time taken I would acknowledge and act fair increasing my budget. I started this threw in hopes people could start throwing out ideas to then have something to start a baseline with. I'm not sure exactly what everyone is capable of developing not do I know exactly what I want besides a custom mini game oriented around the theme I'm trying to go with as seen on my website tek-heads.com from there I would like ideas brought to me this will help conclude what I am after! How would it be a waste of time it's a persons choice to be involved or not... People please refrain from being so fixated on me only awarding $15 for a plugin I have said that's not entirely the amount offered I given a post asking for some ideas that was a base but no I will repeat my self one more time....I have a decent budget and I won't low ball anyone whom gives this a shot.... I want to offer help to get help in return ignore the price I started and focus on the info I have given come up with good ideas and that's the first step proving a good mini game can be unique and done for the server will result in a agreement in price.. Well most minigames that are customly made range anywhere from $50 at a minimum to several thousand dollars. So giving $15 as a base price is kind of low balling.

Well how is this? if you could, or if I knew how to, I would remove the price tag $ from the title so that every non developer whom, felt the need to criticize my post only based off the amount of currency I mentioned then maybe the ones that I'm after replying to this post e.g. Developers would be the ones putting in their 2 cents vs. you both then maybe we would be getting somewhere in something that I have proposed from here on out, only serious proposals will be replied back by me.

I am very experienced with the development in general, and I can say that this will not get any serious offers. For one, most small ranged plugins are priced at $15 and you are looking for a plugin that is worth hundreds.

Your "budget" is not even a budget. If you can have your budget increased right now, there's no reason to say that you will increase your budget. Most people wouldn't trust that you would adjust the pricing based off the scale of the work.

You can edit posts by clicking the edit button below the post. Regardless, you can't specify an idea if you don't even know what you want developed. Even if you did remove the price sign, it would give a greater reason to be more confused on what you want.

Again, I know that you wanted "serious proposals" replied back, but this is constructive criticism.

You know nothing about me or the respect I give to others so be careful how personal you make this I asked for serious inquiries only. For the record, your suppose to be a Dev? 14yrs old asking for that amount of money per project or by hour? If anyone hired you. You understand that would be child labor (illegal) and so that could in fact give anyone whom decides to hire you a chance of getting prosecuted.. For me and my project requests it's not about the money before an agreement is made nor is it low of an amount or high. I run a business and I know how to very well. Again please serious inquiries only. It's been stated plenty times about the price I based however as stated ignoring the price and being of legal age to hire I'm sure I won't have any problems finding what I am looking for (primarily maturity and professional) despite what you may say I know that won't come from anyone under at least 18.

Minigames require countless days of fixing, adjusting, writing lots of lines of code. It's really not as simple as you make it, and I don't believe that you respect this.

It is not even considered a legal paycheck or legal work, so I doubt this could infringe on child labor laws in the United States. Plus, you really think the FLSA has time to track someone down who hired a fourteen year old for a Minecraft server? I doubt it.

Wake up. No developers does anything for $15 dollars.

I hate to break it to you, but the Minecraft development community only does what it does because of money. So, if you want a reputable 18+ adult developer who is willing to come up with ideas for your server, you're going to have to offer more money than $15. I promise you that an adult would rather work at Taco Bell than this.

First of all I am not 14. If you got that information from my profile, I'm pretty sure I had set the wrong date. Secondly, If you knew how to run a business, you would have the basic knowledge of creating a budget. Third, no one one knows what you mean by "nor is it low of an amount or high". Low and high amount is a different amount for everyone. Since your original price was $15, a low amount can be something like $10 and a high amount can maybe be $40. On the other hand, a 100+ player base server owner's definition of low can be $300 and high can be $1000+. Fourth, multiple users have told you to create a budget, but you still haven't. 99% of developers won't work for you if you can't set up a budget, especially if your original offer was only $15.
