Hello! My name is Femy, I am a 16 year old experienced manager who has worked on numerous servers.

First experiences

My first experiences with management and ownership was with my own server 'JakoCraft' this server didn't go very well in the category of player base however I learn some good experience of plugins and optimising the server. Also I learnt my first developer experiences. I didn't have enough funds to run the server it was a good start and I had always wanted more.

Hypixel Network

You probably have heard of the Hypixel Network, the network averages over 30,000 players and I was a Jr Helper which might not seem as a big of a role but I still learnt about how to deal with a big amount of players. This is where I learnt my proffesionalim and how to help players. I valued this experience and As this was a summer job I had resigned but left with positive reviews.


Furious PVP

I first applied for Helper and I got my rank after a month I was promoted to Moderator however the server had died and there was a really small player base so there was nothing I could do as a moderator. I then resigned and left the server

Sarefine Network

At first I was a trial moderator on the network, I then received mod, mod+, Admin and then Platform Admin. I progressed through every rank all the way to the top. I made this without a strike or a bad comment. At my peak I would spend 12 hours on the server running the slack, trello (promotion/demotion system) I also ran the Sarefine Twitter and I was the forums system admin who would keep the forums running. I also gave out team speak ranks and ran the teamspeak. In game I would give out ranks and generally make sure the server was running well. The server has a player base of 400+ all the time.

What I can bring?

-Proffesionalism
- Setting up slack (Team communication system)
- Setting up team speak
- Setting up trello
- Setting up server plugins
- Helping setting up the forums and running it.
- experience with dealing with large amount of players.

What I need from you?

I'm not looking for money (However in the future I may be looking at a small monthly working fee ($5-10) I am looking for a server with a big budget who want to go far and make the a really good server. I don't want kids with free plugins and $10 budget. A minecraft server needs a good starting budget and if it goes well it can make lots of money. I need someone who is dedicated and willing to make it work. I need someone who will trust me.

Femy, spreads his allowance on Minecraft clients in which he uses against the players he had been moderating for around 6-7 months. He can't admit he is in the wrong and takes getting demoted 2 ranks lower than what he had like its a cruel punishment, even the punishment should be a flat out blacklist.

Untrustworthy, arrogant, and not a great thinker in my opinion. However he is still a chill person who will work hard if he is rewarded. Fun to talk to and work with when he is not cheating against players.

I admitted to sebby and I'm want too keep a positive relationship with Sarefine

You should explain the guys what u did on the sarefine network, Before making this post you should be honest to all the guys who are reading this. You resigned because ....... say it yourself. You know what I am trying to say.

What's your problem Dekk I helped you so much and this is how you repay me, I legit did nothing to you and now Sarefine has turned around on me like I ruined the server but in my opinion I helped it alot

Yeah we trusted you with a lot of stuff. One of those things being not to break the rules that you were supposed to be enforcing. That's just obvious. I'm not 'trying to ruin this for you' I'm stating my experiences with you. You're obviously not a great thinker if you think cheating against our server's players is okay for a platform admin to do.

When did I say it was okay? More like 'prone to making mistakes' is a better way to describe it. 'Not a great thinker' indicates that I'm not good at coming up with ideas etc.
