I would need a plot plugin if that is possible?
You should be able to buy land freely in the whole world .. If you bought a plot should be around the edge torches and if you sell it should be Redstone torch .. You should be able to sell to server or offer the property to all or a single player for a certain time otherwise you should add the usual can lock doors and add / remove friends .. The number of how many chunks you can have should be adjustable as well as the price should be more expensive by an adjustable percentage all x chunks. Everything adjustable in the config ... Is not asking too much for free? If you please report privately

I just need psuedo code for a plugin that will check a chest when broken and return a message stating to empty said chest before breaking it. obviously stoping the user from breaking said chest..
