About Me:
Hi, I am Drew, currently, I am 17, and I have been playing Minecraft since around late 2013, I play football for my high school. I enjoy working out, and solving Rubik’s cubes, I have even been to a few WCA competitions, and I enjoy video games. I am going to be a senior in high school this coming August (class of 23’).
Strengths:
- Communication/outgoing personality: I enjoy talking to people, simple as that, I try to interact with communities I am in, and naturally, from all my talking, I have become good at communicating. For example on Maritime Survival, I keep chatting active when the server seemed to be quiet by simply starting a conversation.
- Willingness to help: I originally become a staff because I would always answer new players’ questions in chat when I realized I could benefit the entire community by being a good staff member.
- Activity: Currently I have no school and could easily be active 3+ hours a day on a server, if not more.
- Leadership: Throughout my time on ZenthMC I have learned how to lead a team and keep them focused on a common goal.

Averaged around 5 players, looking for a larger role on a larger server, owners are incompetent and don’t advertise enough.
Duties: Hire Staff, fire staff, check all staff for updates on their situation, conduct staff meetings, have one on one’s with staff members, basic managerial duties.
Skills Gained: Leading a whole team of staff members and guiding them towards one goal. Communication, constantly being in contact and working directly with the owners of the serve
ZenthMC:
Position: General Manager
Gamemode(s): One Block Skyblock
Unreleased. Owner basically decided to sell the discord and give up without saying a single word.
Duties: Manage the currently smal staff team, conduct interviews for possible staff, recruit members to the team. Help guide and lead the team to continue working towards our current goal of finishing development and beginning to advertise.
Skills gained: Leading a whole team of staff members and guiding them towards one goal. Communication, constantly being in contact and working directly with the owners of the server.
SeasonMC:
Position: Trainee (CURRENT)
Gamemode(s): Minigame server
Unreleased but has had beta access days that have gone well. I am still acting as a staff member on SeasonMC.
Skills gained: Refinement of skills gained on Maritime Survival as well as DynPvP. Largest server I have staffed on, has over 5K discord members as of July 2022.
WarfareMC:
Position: Sr .Moderator
Gamemode(s): Skyblock
Averaged 50-plus players at a time. I left due to lazy managers and using bots to boost player counts, which I don’t support.
Duties: Do basic moderation activities, oversee mods and support them.
Skills gained: Basic management of a small group, and was my first server with more than 30 active players at a time, gained ability to handle large amounts of people by myself
DynPvP:
Position: Moderator
Gamemode(s): HCF, Kits
Averaged around 20-30 players at peak hours. Left because the server was sold and new owners decided to make it a cracked server and messed up the whole server.
Duties: Oversee Helpers and do light screen-sharing as well as surveying the chat, which, as you may expect from HCF, it was horrendous and filled with racism and overall rude people.
Skills gained: Screensharing, dealing with high levels of toxicity in chat while also being the only staff member online.
Maritime Survival:
Position: Helper
Gamemode(s): SMP
Averaged 70-100 players. Left due to not getting promoted despite being the most active, and having vouches from much of the community, I was loved at this server by players, but management was not noticing and seemed lazy.
Duties: Monitor chat, player tickets, and report cheaters, bugs, etc to higher-ups.
Skills learned: Refining of already obtained skills, as this was my most recent staff job.
